COMPANY ACTIVITIES
UNITECHNOLOGY Ltd. offers complete services with focus on distribution and installation of heating technologies, boilers, heat exchangers, ventilation equipment, air conditioning and refrigerating systems, control systems for industrial, commercial, institutional, medical as well as residential applications as following:
- designing of heating technologies, gas boiler systems and OST
- designing of air handling and air conditioning systems
- designing of monitoring and control systems, electric installations
- on-site delivery and installation of heating and boiler systems, OST
- installation and distribution of plastic piping systems for heating, cooling and medical applications.

We offer utility control and management systems for buildings to minimize the overall cost. These systems are available for industrial and institutional buildings as well as hospitals, schools, residential buildings, etc. Our systems and services provide increased comfort and safety for end user, as well as energy efficiency while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. THE ACITVITY OF DEPARTMENT
BUDGET OFFICE
It deals with making of budgets and price offers for individual professions, it communicates with investor, suppliers of technology equipments and closely co-operates with design department and business department.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PREPARATION AND REALISATION
It provides purchase and ordering of goods according to time table of work so that the deliveries were provided before the date of their installation. It daily coordinates the progresses of work and fluent flow in close collaboration with construction. The executions and installations of technical equipments are made by specialists according to notice No. 74/96 Statute.
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING ACTIVITY
It manages and coordinates the preparation of projects according to demands of chief architect and investor. It is responsible for accuracy and meeting of implementation demands of investor. It acts as its consalting partner at suggestions of technical solutions with emphasis on its connectivity and optimalization of central governing.
THE PROJECT DEPARTMENT
The creation of project documentation of all levels for individual Healthtechnical profesion, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, measuring and regulation, electrical installation.
THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT
It developes activities aiming to achieving of new potential projects starting from marketing activities such as: market research, advertising, publicity, public relation, final influence on customers up to final placing of contract or signing of agreement.
THE ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT
It provides the economy flow of company : invoicing, earnings, accounting, archiving of document.
